Shipping & Warranty Policy

1. Shipping Policy:

(a)  Delivery will be arranged after full payment received. After payment confirmed, item will be delivered within 1-2 working days.
(b) For undeliverable orders due to incorrect address, a PO Box and hotel address, failed delivery attempts or refused by recipient, we will issue a refund by deducting the original delivery fee, handling fee and 20% of the value of products as re-stocking fee. You are welcomed to place a new order on our web site.
(c) We do not responsible for any losses of parcel once the parcel has been shipped out. Please check the contents before acknowledge receipt and in case any losses parcel happen or parcel not receive, we will provide the consignment note copy as a proof of delivery, and you may claim the losses with the courier company. If item received is damage, please notify us within 24hours after item received and return the damaged item back to us within 2 days.

2. Warranty Coverage Period:

ALL items are under One Year Warranty Coverage.

3. Warranty will cover for manufacturing defect only.

4. This warranty does not apply:

(a) to consumable parts, such as batteries , chips , touch screens or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time.
(b) to cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports.
(c) to damage caused by use with another product.
(d) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquake or other external
(e) to damage caused by service(including upgrades and repairs) performed by an unauthorized person.
(g) to defects caused by normal wear and tear of regular usage.
(i) if any serial number / QC / Mark sticker have been removed or defaced from the products.
(j) to unstable electric power causing damage to the products.
